E-Waste
What is E-Waste?
E-waste is any item with a plug, battery or power cord that’s no longer working or wanted.
As of 1 July 2019, the Victorian Government has banned all e-waste from landfill. This initiative has been put in place to help protect our environment and recover more precious resources. E-waste should not be put in your rubbish or yellow-lidded recycling bin. Contact your local council to find the nearest drop-off points.
